At UXPective, we are committed to delivering high-quality, science-backed UX education and world-class global design events. Because our offerings range from instantly accessible digital content to live, in-person summits, our refund and cancellation rules vary by product type.


Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cohorts, Courses and Digital Products


Our digital training programs, including the Deep UX Cohort, grant immediate access to proprietary frameworks, video lessons, downloadable PDFs, and community resources.

  • Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate transfer of intellectual property, all sales for digital cohorts and courses are final and non-refundable. Once your account is granted access to the syllabus (e.g., Sprint A, Nero-Design modules), we cannot issue a refund.

  • Custom Instalment Plans: If you have opted to pay for a cohort via a Custom Instalment Plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Failure to complete a payment will result in the immediate suspension of your access to the cohort and learning platform. Previous installments paid will not be refunded.

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the platform or downloading the materials, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Our technical team will resolve the issue. Refunds will not be granted for technical issues unless UXPective is permanently unable to provide access to the purchased content.

2. In-Person Events & Global Summits


For tickets purchased for our live, in-person events (UX Seminars, Events, Workshops, Global Summits and Podcast Tours in India, UAE and USA), the following cancellation rules apply:

  • Cancellation by the Attendee:

    • 60+ Days Before the Event: If you cancel your ticket 60 days or more prior to the event start date, you are eligible for a 100% refund (minus a nominal payment gateway processing fee).

    • 30 to 59 Days Before the Event: Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a 50% refund.

    • Less than 30 Days Before the Event: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.

  • Ticket Transfers: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another UX professional up to 14 days before the event. You must email our support team with the new attendee’s details to process the transfer.

  • Cancellation by UXPective: In the unlikely event that UXPective must cancel or indefinitely postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issues, global travel restrictions), you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a ticket transfer to a future UXPective event. UXPective is not liable for associated travel or accommodation costs incurred by the attendee.

3. Community Memberships & Subscriptions


If UXPective introduces any recurring paid community memberships or exclusive circles:

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually).

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

No Prorated Refunds: Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation


To initiate a cancellation, ticket transfer, or report a technical issue, you must contact our support team in writing.

Provide your full name, registered email address, and the specific reason for your request.

5. Refund Processing Time


If your refund request is approved according to the policies above, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., original credit card, UPI, or bank account). Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to officially post the refund to your account.
